In 1999, Alexander Zaytsev joined CHUMAK Company, an internationally operating food manufacturer from Ukraine, as a financial analyst. After another position at HypoVereinsbank, Mr. Zaytsev worked as a management consultant in the Russian offices of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and A.T. Kearney. Furthermore, he occupied a leadership role at 4i, Inc., a provider of predictive and optimization analytics services.
The functional consulting focus of Alexander Zaytsev is mainly in the field of strategic management (esp. the development of growth and go-to-market strategies). Additionally, he is involved in operational sales (esp. digital sales approaches), data analytics to gain customer insights, and mergers & acquisitions (esp. commercial due diligence). His industry expertise primarily covers the high-tech and industrial goods, consumer goods, and financial services sectors.
Mr. Zaytsev graduated cum laude from the International Christian University in Kiev (Ukraine) with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in business administration. He also attended the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and graduated with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in marketing.

The 2021 ranking ‘Beste Unternehmensberater [Best Management Consultants]’ by the German business magazine brand eins and the business data portal Statista has just been published.

For this year’s ranking, 2,334 colleagues determined the best management consultancies according to their perception by industry and functional practice area. Subsequently, assessments were obtained from the clients. For this purpose, 1,100 senior executives were provided with a list of the recommended consultancies for each industry and work area clients via online survey; another 234 senior executives (Head of Strategy, Head of Business Development, etc.) from DAX, M-DAX, S-DAX and Tec-DAX companies were specifically invited to participate in the survey.
