Mr Kafatia is primarily a specialist in the heavy industry and energy sector.  He has extensive experience in the management of operation and maintenance as well as investment projects, especially for coal-fired power plants and in heavy industry.  In addition, Mr Kafatia has been involved in a variety of quality assurance and quality control projects and has participated—both as a client and as a consultant—in various bidding processes.  Mr Kafatia holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Indiana University Northwest.  He is also familiar with occupational health and safety.
