The client, a global leader in connected car technology, lifestyle audio innovation, design and analytics services, and cloud and IoT solutions, wants to better understand the role of telematics in the global commercial vehicle market
Specific areas of interest include:
Defining and coordinating the approach and methodology (e.g., interview guide)
Conducting interviews with engineering, R&D, and technology executives at commercial vehicle manufacturers in North America and selected Asian markets
Discussing the results of the initial interviews to determine the direction of the market research
Complete transcriptions and recordings of interviews delivered to the client
Recording and comparing the answers of the different interviewees to the most important questions in an analysis sheet (MS Excel)

For this year’s ranking, 2,334 colleagues determined the best management consultancies according to their perception by industry and functional practice area. Subsequently, assessments were obtained from the clients. For this purpose, 1,100 senior executives were provided with a list of the recommended consultancies for each industry and work area clients via online survey; another 234 senior executives (Head of Strategy, Head of Business Development, etc.) from DAX, M-DAX, S-DAX and Tec-DAX companies were specifically invited to participate in the survey.
